3. 3 Months Most Recent Bank Statements
4. 2 Consecutive Years 1040 Tax Return

Due to high volume, merchant approval can take up to 60 days. You will receive your first payment direct deposited upon final merchant approval, and every month there after for the entirety of your membership contract duration.
